banana nut bread

my attempt to stay healthy….recipe from better homes and gardens cookbook

1. mix 2 cups all purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg and 1/4 teaspoon of salt
2. mash 1 1/2 cups bananas..about 4 bananas

3. make a well with the flour mixture
4. mix 2 beaten eggs, bananas, 1 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup cooking oil

5. add the egg mixture into the well all at once and mix until combined
6. fold in 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts

7. spoon the mixture into grease 9x5x3 inch loaf pan
8. bake at 350 deg F for 55-60mins

it was nice n moist n full of banana flavor…sammy said it’s better than the cookies
