Navajo – fried bread & hearty breakfast

1. sift 2 cups of flour, 1 tsp salt, n 3 tsp of baking powder
2. with the hook attachment…knead in all the ingredients with 1 cup of water until combined

3. roll a small dough (it’s sticky so powder your hands with flour) n flatten
4. cut some marks in the middle (with my research…the marks symbolizes the tribes)…i remember his mom making two slits…n it’s yummy around the slits cuz it’s crunchy =)
5. deep fry them until golden brown

couldnt get them perfectly round…but still tastes as good…

made some hash browns….

n ham n eggs to go with it…sammy likes his eggs over easy…i like mine over hard…
