with the heat wave, i decided to make watermelon sorbet. we got a watermelon for the last bbq n never got around to eat it…that was more than 2 weeks ago. we thought it was still good…but after all is done it wasnt sweet enough…
so no recipe…but some prep pics…

puree watermelon with the hand blender…works so well…
too bad the final product didnt turn out well…will try again

I have the same juicer but I recently got the Oxo Good Grips Wooden Reamer. It’s pretty good.
